Appearance
Pelt: The colouration is known as 'Red Fawn' this is broken with a small amount of white on her paws, chest and tail tip. The pelt itself is closely cut, its very fine, silky and smooth with no show of scars. The colour darkens around her muzzle and ears, she has two small black spots above her eyes.
Optics: Her eyes are stunning, they are a beautiful soft chocolate brown colour... the door to her soul.
Banner: Her tail is long and whip like, the fur towards the tip is a tiny bit longer than the rest of the pelt.
Stance: She has long, sleek but well toned legs, they are very powerful and can get her great distances in a small amount of time. She is very light on her feet, which makes her a very flighty and graceful runner. Her athletic physique is dainty and very beautiful, slim and streamline with no show of over toned muscles. She stands at 27 inches to the shoulder and weighs in at a very light 62 kg.
Get To Know Me
personality: She has a calm and social type of personality, she is sensitive and highly intelligent and knows how to work the streets. Her attitude towards a threatening situation is more fight than flight, it is seldom that she will flee from a problem. She is loving and friendly, but tends to keep quiet, she isnt timid, infact she is quite confident, she just prefers to listen rather than to speak. She is very curious and if she says she is going to do something, she will do it, though sometimes her adventurous ways can get her into trouble. She hasnt yet found another dog able to beat her in a sprint. She is chilled out alot of the time and hardly tends to get hyper, prefering to spend a hot afternoon relaxing in the sun. She can be flirty, but it is unbelievably subtle, using body postures and gestures, rather than words to suggest something. She is not afraid to speak her mind if there is something she disagrees with, and she will put up a fight if needed too.
history: Her mother and father met at the race track, it was 'love at first sight' is what you can say. Her mothers owner wasnt best pleased when she fell pregnant. Her mother's racing career came to an end, unable to bring her owner money, the 'useless' greyhound and her 7 tiny pups were kicked out onto the streets.
Not long after the pups were weened, the mother was missing human contact, and so, she abandoned the pups to find a new home.
Five out of the seven pups died, from natural causes or other dogs, only two managed to survive.... Insylus, and her brother, Macavity.
Macavity promised Insy that he would protect her with his life, but one day he just seemed to dissapear, Insy had no idea where he went, but she knew that her street wise brother was still alive.
Now on her own, she wandered the streets, cold, alone and hungry. One particular cold night, an old stray collie found her, he looked after her, teaching her the ways of the streets, he became like a father to her, mentoring her, protecting her, getting her ready for adult life.
Sadly, her adoptive father passed away not long after she turned one year, she doesnt look back and see it sadly, for thats not what he would have wanted from her, instead she remembers how he used to be, and is greatful for all the things he helped her with.
