The world has changed a lot from 2010
to what it is now in 2013. Humans come in few but dogs
come in many. It's as if the humans just got up and left...
though that is not too far from the truth. Everyone is dead.
The panic created by the supposed end of the world in
2012 caused the humans to almost completely die out.
The world didn't end, though. Everything simply changed..
drastically.
So we now focus on Italy which has been separated
into many islands by earthquakes that hit in 2011. Almost
every region has been split into its own island. The humans
left behind their pets which are forced to merge with the
strays that already roamed the streets. The dogs have
separated themselves into gangs. Life is harsh and almost impossible...
but they manage, somehow.
