I stared down into the cold blue water, watching my reflection staring back at me. She looked emotionless; the only way of telling what she was feeling was to look into her deep brown eyes. They looked... deceitful, like they were hiding something from everyone else beneath their depths. I Looked away, releasing myself from her icy stare and pawed at the wood beneath me. I then furrowed my brow as a thought suddenly crashed over me. Even though I had not trusted a single dog for some time now, I still hadn't figured out why one little indecent had caused it. I understood It was bad; as I had been left heart broken and injured, but still, it seemed strange...Maybe I was just afraid of getting hurt once again.
I stood up, shaking my pelt loose and looking from side to side. I couldn't keep thinking about that; I mean, Who cares if I was alone for the rest of my life? Boys weren't everything. I let out a quiet yawn, before retreating to the shade underneath a bench.
I watched the world go by tiredly, My heavy head on my paws and my breath becoming slower as the minutes ticked by. Soon I couldn't keep awake any longer, and my eyes slowly closed, sending me into unconsciousness.
I knew that this wasn't the smartest thing to do, as anyone could come by and do anything to me, but I had been travelling for days and I just needed the rest. It's not my fault is it?
Well, I had a dream while I was laying there. I'm not sure if anyone could tell; but I dreamt I was still with ryan, that he never left me and he never hurt me. It was great, and for a while the dream continued that patten. Unfortunately, all good things have to come to an end, and I woke up. Slowly opening my eyes and scooting out from underneath the bench I had been sleeping under.
It turns out I had only been sleeping for an hour or two, So I went back to the edge of the pier and looked back down into the icy water, looking at my reflection once again .

My Body Is A Cage, for my true potentialI walked down the boardwalk, hopefully I would find a dog for socilization, because I had been iscolated from other dogs for about a year. The heat of the day made you want to jump in, but I stopped myself. I passed the fancy human "boats", fisherman, humans, and owned dogs walked past. I started sniffing out food, hmmm, i could smell chicken, and yuck there was some greasy human "Junk Food". For an Australian Cattle dog i could work up some appetitte. My belly growled loudly. Wow i am some hungry dog, I thought. I jumped onto a white fishermans boat and started eating some grub. Delicious i thought. A human made a loud agressive noise, i spun around and the Fisherman apparently was angry. So i leaped onto the dock and sprinted past the crowds of people, but he didn't make an effort to chase after me, which was fine with me. Stupid humansAn hour had gone by and i was ready to give up hope in search of another dog, but as i slowly headed to the edge of the pier, a dog seemed to be staring into the water. I said. "Uhm Hi?"
