Swift paws padded slowly along the creaking boardwalk of the pier, a flash of red and white could be seem under the dim lights of the carnival. The soft frame was of Willow; a female Siberian husky, her piercing blue eyes scanned the perimeter. No humans in sight, must be deserted. She walked slowly down the boardwalk that lead towards the carnivals entrance, gulping a bit, Willow padded towards the entrance. Ears alert, she slowly makes her way into this mass of dim lights. Willow jumped a bit, she could hear something-music. Quite curious she slowly makes her way towards the eerie clown music, it led her to a tent covered with yellow polka dots. The music was calling her in, surrounding her ears with repetitive tunes of this eerie music. Willow seemed to stare at this tent for hours until something in her told her to not to enter this tent; and she didn’t. The Siberian husky gave one last piercing look at the flashy tent before running off to a different, possibly less scary attraction.
Willow circled around the mass of metal known as the Ferris wheel, this old heap of scrap metal seemed to be rusted; possibly not have been used for years. The chairs attached to it’s bars swung in the light wind, emptiness. Willow could almost picture human swinging in them, they insane laughter as the wheel turned, holding onto their lovers as they wheel spun. She could almost see the children running to stand in line, laughing and laughing and-Willow shook her head, snapping out of this slight trance, this carnival made her feel quite strange, almost paranoid. “What’s going on here….” She spoke softly to no one in particular. Blue eyes scanned the perimeter once more, was there any one here? Did dogs dare to come to this place?
Her ears twitched at the sound of the water crashing under the pier, she lowered her muzzle to the ground, glancing through the cracks of the pier. She could see the deep waters below, crashing against the piers wooden pillars holding this place up. She glances back up, and padded to where the boardwalk ends, it was surround by a weak wooden gate that kept humans from aimlessly falling off the side of the pier, “Such stupid creatures” Willow said with a smirk and she peered over the side of the pier. A calm see, she looked up into the distance, a beautiful evening sunset. This was a lovely place to rest for now, Willow sat down on the edge. Letting her red and white painted tail hang off the side.

The orb glowed with red hues, gently smoothing down the horizon. The scene was strikingly similar with the sunsets he saw in Russia. His willowy body stopped it's motion. His curious nature wanted to explore the sourroundings, being relatively new to the area. Silky coat rippling in the evening breeze, his long, thing limbs directed him through alleyways and boulevards. His sharp hunter's senses alerted to their maximum. The floppy ears raised high, his chocolate brown optics sweeped up and down the streets as he engaged onto them.
His enduring strides quickly brought him to a very unfamiliar part of town. Here, it seemed to air was getting heavier with the sense of relatively eerie silence. The birds had stopped chirping and the only thing he could hear were the rustling of leaves and the faint sound of his paw steps. His sensitive ears picked up a distant music, and his curiosity was stabbed immediately. He accelerated to a light run and gracefully closed the distance between him and the music. The breeze blew in his face, and he scented in the air the smell of another dog. A female. Intrigued, he trotted along the entrance of the disused carnival.
He navigated through the maze of metal, which all seemed rusted and abandonned. There must have been humans that came here once upon a time. But it didn't seem that they came anymore. He knew he was getting closer to the female, and was excited at the idea of making another friend. He had been slightly anxious to have not met another dog around. It was now going to be his chance. He rounded a last corner, his steps silent even though he wasn't hunting. Water crashed deafeningly on the wooden pillars of the boardwalk as he got closer.
The sea was calm and the sun painted it with golden hues. It was beautiful. What caught his attention though, was the female resting on the edge, her russet and alabaster tail dangling off the edge. Her fluffy fur was a mix of reds and whites which came together nicely. She was medium sized, shorter than he was, but bulkier. While he was like a greyhound with fur, she was the strong Siberian husky. The breed came from his native land, and he wondered if she talked Russian. He doubted it though, seeing that most strays came from the area. He approached her slowly and his deep voice rang through the air: "It is a nice evening don't you think?" his Russian accent heavy on his words.

[scrolly:h(205),w(260),sy]In the subconscious mind of our bloke, he knew what time it was. But he was having too much fun.
A couple cells down from the Ferris wheel stood an insanely bright magenta booth. This special booth held what can only be called "insane munchies", and being as insane as they are, they attracted our some-what insane bloke. These munchies were funnel cakes and candy, hot dogs, burgers, twisted pretzels, jars upon jars of popcorn, and our Lucifer's favorite; corn dogs. Best part, they had all just been put there, since the fair was expected to be renovating and reopening soon.
From inside the concession stand, in a blinding painting of rainbow containers and tipped boxes, stood our henna beast, sticky and in complete and utter happiness. Sharp fangs bit into the side of a plastic container, the visage lifting then savagely shaking the box until it burst, it's contents of popcorn flying around. The bloke released the scraps of plastic, bowing his head and lapping up the popcorn bits.
A sudden bold scent jolted him from the euphoria, and our Lucifer stepped out from beneath the counter, his powder-covered mug lifting and nostrils flaring to catch the alien smells. Our Lucifer licked his jowls, wiping off some of the sugar (but of course, missing the top of his muzzle). He pushed off his hind legs, leaping onto the counter top and stopping, looking into the golden evening. He was starting to feel the effects of a sugar-rush, his muscles quivering to release the building-up pressure.
In the distance, two figures caught the almond visionaries, auds erecting to attention and tail raising in defense. Our brute shifted his weight slightly between his thick legs, those heavy muscles tensing then untensing as he studied the two silhouettes as they made their way across the boardwalk. One stopped, seeming to peer over the edge as the other one caught up with it. His eyes flickered between the two, then his jaws parted slightly, inhaling deeply before releasing it. He jumped from the shelf, onto the boardwalk below. That pink sliver slipped out, licking his maw once more then relapsing into his mouth. Lucifer started his way towards the boardwalk, curiosity pouring out of each solid step.
He was noticeably shorter then both of the canines, even from that distance he could tell, but he didn't care. With striking power and the force of a hurricane, our bloke was a mass of solid muscle and teeth. He made up easily for lack of speed with devilishly quick wit and intelligence.
Lucifer started into a slow trot, his predator settings playing around in his head. He wasn't sure if he was going to attack or not, in fact he wasn't even malicious right now, he was just simply lavishing in his sugar rush, which happened to make him feel like a big giant bad ass.
He took a few bounding strides, before he stopped more then ten feet from the closest one to him, a tall lanky male. That dark, gravely accent rang out loud and clear, chasing down the other male's question. "Arvo, mates. What brings you out this back of beyond?"

The dusk wind tousled Willow’s fleece, shaking her pelt of reds and whites, which would soon lay flat against her back once more. The sunset was lovely, as it seemed to rest against the ocean, the waves battered against the wood pillars below the carnival; such peaceful noises.
"It is a nice evening don't you think?"
Willow jumped a bit at the voice, her claws gripped into the gate surrounding the pier; she would have fell off it wasn’t for this wooden gate. Lowering her ears a bit, she turned her head towards the voice, a tall and skinny male stood before her. She studied him for a moment, such a skinny canine he was. Curly brown and white fur covered his entire body, judging by his entrance; he seemed rather friendly. “Yes, quite….” The female spoke shyly., before hoping delicately onto her white paws. A sweet smile seemed to caress this red and white females lips as she dipped her head a bit, showing a welcoming gesture. “I’m Willow” Her voice was soft and bell toned, she looked back up at this male, when he spoke she noticed his Russian accent.
Feeling a bit more comfortable, Willow walked shyly over to him and sat down in front of him, “May I ask what your name is?” She cocked her head a bit. After a few seconds her pinkish nose twitches, she smelled food. Popcorn, hot dogs, something sweet even; before long her ears twitched the sound of thudding paws against old wooden surface of the pier. She leaned over, to see past the tall mass of dog in front of her. A muscular pit bull was running; towards them. Willow squinted her eyes to get a better view, as he advanced he smelled of human foods, and his muzzle seemed to be covered in it. He stopped a short distance away from the male in front of her, Willow quickly hoped onto her paws. Excited by the new dogs around her, her tail wagged quickly back and forth, her fur swaying a bit.
"Arvo, mates. What brings you out this back of beyond?"
Wow, what an accent. Where could this male have originated, both these males had some sort of accent. ‘Unique’ Willow thought to herself as the male approached, she thought about what he had asked her. Back of beyond? He must have been talking about this Carnival, Willow nodded a bit. “I guess you can say my wanderings brought me to this….place” She spoke softly, before glancing around at her surroundings. She looked back at the two dogs, “I didn’t know so many dogs came here” Willow said a bit shyly. Her piercing blue eyes glided over towards the handsome Australian male who had joined the group, she flashed him what seemed as a soft grin of some sort.
Once more, Willow had hoped to her paws, shaking her thick pelt a bit, she walked around the Russian male; Wanting to meet this other dog, with the strange smelling foods on his maw. She laughed a bit under her breath at the sight of him, ‘must have had a good time with whatever he was eating‘ she thought quietly. “I’m Willow” She said proudly, before looking back at the Russian male, she gave him a look, that could have read ‘come here’ or something close to that. The evening sky seemed to darken a bit, as the canines stood under the sky; it was warm, as are all summer nights. The gentle female had taken a seat in between the two dogs, she was quite the friendly one, loved making new friends. First impressions were everything in her eyes, she never waited for someone to ask her name, she would speak it before they could even think of asking. No one would ever forget this female, and Willow would always make sure of that.

The quietness of thickly padded paws against the rough wooden planks that made up the majority of this piers walkway might be heard by the observant. Even a glimpse of an onyx frosted alabaster pelt could be seen between the various colorful booths scattered here and there. Eventually the visage of a fae would appear around the last corner. There before colorless frozen optics would be three canines, one she knew, two she did not. Within a half a heartbeat she'd chosen to proceed forward. Skull lifted high while that bushy tail coiled over the length of that spine.
With a regal grace the powerfully built Husky moved into view, the only flare of emotion was the narrowing of that icy as they settled on the smiling red fae. A Husky, easily identifiable given that she herself was of the same breed, though slightly larger and more heavily muscled then the other. Even as she moved closer to the gathering that emotionless gaze shifted to the tall lanky male whose breed she'd seen only once before when she was still hiding behind her mothers legs. A Russian wolfhound, came the vaguely recollected name. How interesting to run across one so far from home.
Still again that gaze shifted once more to the third and final member of their little gathering as she slowly came to a halt beside him, unconscionably cutting him off from the red husky would be Lucifer, covered in...for a moment she could only stare, eyes widen while those twin soldiers twisted back and to the side in a canines equivalent of a jaw dropping. Recovering quickly the Husky shook her visage with a faint sense of amusement that vanished beneath the mask of indifference that shrouded the older female.
It wasn't like her to seek out the company of others, not anymore. But Lucifer had been her shadow since he'd tried to kill her and she ended up saving his life, and despite her better judgment she'd gone out searching for the brute when she'd woken to find him gone. Even now she still did not understand the urge she had to find her wolf. Still she did not design to speak, simply dipped her muzzle downward in a faint nod of greetings while those haunches bunched and lowered until she was seated.

She turned around and studied him carefully, as he did the same. She was nice enough, she didn't seem to be going to do anything aggressive. Her light blue eyes reminded him of Sky, but Skyler's were much more beautiful in his opinion. The thought of the spotted white female sent a thrill down his spine.
The female answered shyly, and she hoped onto her paws, smiling. He smiled too, his floppy ears swiveling toward her. She came and sat in front of him telling him her name was Willow. He bowed his head slightly, his smile turning more charming. When she asked what his name was, his deep accented voice rang through the air. "I'm Aleksey, but you can. . ." he said while the thudding of paws on the pier grew louder. His phrase was interrupted by the new male, and his face soured slightly.
"Arvo, mates. What brings you out this back of beyond." Alek's expression turned slightly stony and expressionless in front of the lack of respect of this new male. Not only couldn't he understand the words he was using, he didn't like being interrupted while he was clearly speaking. "Arvo? is that a word? Back of beyond. . . Don't know what that means. Maybe he's talking about this place. . ." he thought. The female confirmed his suspicion with her saying that she had been wandering.
"I vos vandering too, seeing de lovely evening ve have." he said, his voice slightly icier than intended. The female walked around him, to meet the newcomer. He stayed behind slightly his chocolate eyes judging the Australian. His pit bull lineage was clear and he was stocky and muscular. Alek knew he would be able to outrun him. He wouldn't be stronger, but faster and more agile. Willow introduced herself to the male, then looked at him, her eyes telling him to come closer. He sauntered gracefully over, towering over the much shorter pit bull.
His sensitive ears picked up the sound of another dog coming toward them, and a few seconds later, another female husky came into view. His chocolate gaze rested on her, as she took a look at them one after the other. This fae had more of a grey coat, her tail curling along her spine. He addressed her a smile of welcome as she came forward. She stopped alongside the male with the funny accent and nodded in greetings. He returned her nod before dropping his gaze to the two other members.

[scrolly:h(205),w(260),sy]Seductive tabiries brushed over the female, that deep mind connecting her instantly to the thoughts of his own beau, her husky bod and intense eyes mimicking his heart, but she was different. She opened up, gliding to him in an outgoing fashion. Being that male that he is, he admired her smooth form, but knew too well that she wasn't exactly "it". That feminine grace and deadly glance, the very breath she took and the word she spoke, every bit that sent him over the edge, our beast saw parts of it in this new husky, but this female.. Willow, she was too outgoing. Her hues were off, but he still enjoyed watching her like any male would.
Our male flashed that devil's half smile, and that daring rumble of his lyrics slipped out with ease and tinted her name with that Aussie's cent. "Pleasure to meet you, Willow.." His voice trailed off as his eyes flickered to the other male, the gaunt shape looking lanky and almost awkward. He couldn't help but think the bloke wouldn't last a second in a ring.
Even so, Lucifer lifted his maw slightly, shifting those heavy built muscles that curved to shape his broad chest. He played off that male power, subconsciously, instinctively showing off. His tail lifted into the air once the tall bloke spoke, and Lucifer seemed to grin in amusement. He talked funny. "Ay, bitzer..." Before he could say something, our brute paused, that simple, sweet familiar scent flooding his thought process for a second. Before the falter in our heathen could be registered by the present company, he launched into defense mode the moment he knew she was close.
Lucifer glanced behind him momentarily, before Mythril stepped up beside him, watching him with a shocked expression. He faltered again, double taking, but her expression was barely a second before she turned stoned faced again. He lifted his head slightly, looking at the other male and meeting his eyes, a million threats in one glance. His whole stance stiffened, but he looked away from the bloke, looking at Willow and giving a fleeting smile. "This is my best mate... friend, that is- Mythril." A single aud twitched in irritation, hoping his slang didn't really come across that Mythril was his mate. She wasn't.
Lucifer shifted his weight slightly, feeling the fur along his spine bristling slightly as he watched the other male from the corner of his eye.

The sun was about to vanish below the earths surface, as a group of canines sat in the middle of a seemingly abandoned pier carnival. They bickered their introductions, and greetings; all this made the red and white husky grin shyly. She turned her head to the male that had approached her first, he introduced himself as Aleksey. "Pleasure to meet you" She dipped her head towards him. "You must be from Russia, my friend...I recognize your accent" She said in an almost hushed tone, as if she didn't want anyone else to hear her. Listening to him speak, he had mention something about wandering, and seeing the lovely evening. Willow nodded her head, agreeing with this tall male canine that stood beside her. The female red and white ears flicked a bit as her pinkish nose was filled with the different scents of dogs around here. They all seemed to know each other quite well; Willow must have been the new dog around.
Willow also dipped her head towards the male pit bull, in a welcoming gesture. Her piercing blue eyes slowly turned towards yet another canine that had joined into the mix of dogs. A female she was; husky to be exact. Willow watched her carefully, such a quiet female this new husky was. Willow couldn't help but flash her a friendly grin, the husky seemed rather silent, or shy you could say. The male pit bull must have been a close friend of her, since she had padded over to his side. Willow cocked her head, only slightly, and her ears perked when pit bull introduced this female to the rest of the group. Mythril? Beautiful name. Willow's russet tail swayed back and forth against the pier's creaky wood boards; "Pleasure to meet you, Mythril" Willow spoke softly; glancing over at the female husky once more.
Willow seemed to notice how the pit bull had eyed Aleksey, she once more cocked her head as she watched the two males closely. Hostility perhaps? Enemies? maybe. Willow shook her head a bit, ignoring the two males 'eying game'; she sat patiently waiting for someone else to make a move, hopefully giving the group something to do.

A faint barely seen smile broke across ebony tiers in answer to the smile and nod given by the Wolfhound. The frozen expanse of the Huskies colorless gaze shifted towards Lucifer. In silence she took in the instantaneous defensive position the pit had taken the moment he realized she was within a few feet of him. Amusement was covered by a thick layer of irritation, a layer of confusion settled over that as the pit's attention shifted from the tall lithe male towards the red husky. A single ash dusted soldier flickered towards the pit as his heavily accented voice rumbled playing havoc with her name as he introduced her to the unknown pair.
The other fae's voice, aimed in her direction brought the shadow bedecked ivory females attention toward her red counterpart. "A pleasure..." Smooth liquid tones lifted free from their dark confines as she spoke those two words. She wasn't shy really and after a few moments in her presence one might come to learn this little fact. No rather she held in place a mask of indifference, she simply did not care what about the thoughts of those around her. If she did then she'd be in danger of betrayal.
That gaze flickered toward the pit with a slight twist to that cranium. "You need a bath."

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=width,500,true] | [atrb=background,http://wimg.co.uk/wUa.png][scrolly:h(196),w(420),sy] A swift twitch of the tail and a nod answered Willow's assumption about his origins, a smile spreading on his lips. It wasn't very difficult to see that he was foreign, especially when he spoke. He tended to roll his "r"s slightly, replace "w"s with "v"s and pronouce "a"s as "o"s. Not that he thought much of it, but it didn't help for strays to understand him. The other male did talk very funny too, and it was very hard to understand his words and expressions. At the thought, a floppy aud flicked with irritation. Maybe this male was doing it on purpose.
The brute seemed to be showing off instinctively, and Aleksey's cold gaze dropped to him, a furry eyebrow raising slightly. His tail stayed relaxed, and his stance remained confident. He didn't really care if the male wanted to show off, the male was probably confrontational and would maybe fight him if he went a bit over the line. Alek wasn't a good fighter in inclosed spaces, but come into the woods or the meadows, or the town for that matter, and he could use his huntings skills to his advantage. The pit bull raised his muzzle and addressed him using another word he didn't understand. Was it an insult? A normal word? He didn't know, and cocked his head slightly to push him to go on.
But the sweet smell he had detected earlier seemed to have been picked up by the male and he stopped, walking to the new female's side. A tiny smile had appeared momentarily on the dusted husky's lips before being replaced by a mask of indifference. It subitely changed though to a shocked expression at the sight of the food on the pit's body then turning stony once more. He watched as the male became defensive and stiffened. Alek's amused gaze dropped onto him, saying something like "calm down shorty, I'm not going to attack your friend."
The pit bull introduced the female as Mythril, and Willow smiled a friendly grin toward her. "Nice to meet you Mythril." his Russian tinted words flowing from his maw. It added a slightly exotic accent to her name, like the male's accent did in another way. The male was being defensive, eyeing him out of the corner of his eye and his fur bristling. Alek rolled his eyes at this. Seriously! What kind of male did this pit think he was? He was a runner, a hunter, not a dog that killed others without provocation. Plus, this female had done nothing to offence him or hurt him, so why would he attack her? Sometimes some dogs logic's didn't seem to be homed.
Willow sat, and he followed the move, folding his lond pillars gracefully under him. Lying down, he was eye level with the pit bull. He looked at him right in the eye, indifference tainting his chocolate orbs. It wasn't a challenge, it was just a clear indication of what the Russian thought of him. As Mythril addressed the male, saying he needed a bath, Alek repressed a laugh. He was never told that by anyone, except by his mother when he was a pup, but never as a full grown and independant adult. The male did need it though, after being in the stand full of hot dogs, popcorn and loads of other stuff. It was getting annoying, the scent overpowered almost everything around.
He addressed the pit bull, his tone smooth and relaxed. "I am Aleksey, and you are?" Alek's eyes rested on each member of the group one after the other, memorizing their scent and traits, waiting to hear the answer of the other male.
