large paws made the lose grass fly in all directions as lenoir bolted after the female dog. he wasn't sure of her name only that he was in for a fun game of tag. that was all that mattered. tag was a simple game and a fun one. and it was a much better alternative then being alone which what was on his agenda for the day. watching as she swung around a tree he chase right after her. lowering his skull closer to the ground he pushed his legs forward hoping to catch her. she was fast for a female. hell what was he saying? these days females were not males in almost all the same ways, a male of course had certain things.. shaking his head to clear his thoughts he yelped as a branch was swung back and hit him in the jaw. grunting her swung left to get the female back into his view. shit, he lost her. slidding to a stop he lifted his nose and swallowed a deep breath of the parks air. there! he smelt her scent. taking off with surprising energy the aussie took a sharp turn left and soon had the female back in his view but god she was so far away. ignoring the distant stinging in his paws he sped after her.

coming within a tail lengths away, he tried nipping at her but almost few. god he hated how sometimes his body worked with him but times like these when he really wanted it to work with it, it didn't. letting out a low growl, he let his eyes reforcus on the female. pointing his floppy ears in her direction he lowered his head and lifted his feet to be able to cover more ground faster.

im gonna get you lenoir howled. his tone held much amusement, but then could a stranger watching hear amusement or danger? the thought vanished as one of paws caught a root of a tree and sent him sprawling to the ground. letting out a loud growl, lenoir jumped back up with a slight limp and soon took after her again. with a gap between them now, he had to come up with a better plan and not get distracted as much. he couldn't be distracted this was a game or no game situation.

She hadn't been interested in much anything lately, just walking about, mostly waiting for something to happen. After she drifted into the park, she had found another dog, almost just like her, walking around just like she was. Naturally, he was just as energetic, and getting him to run with her was simple. Just what she needed today. Within moments, it was on. Marmalade tore from her position, body flying through the air, as smooth and fast as a whippet, determination and adrenaline egging her on until she was at top speed. Energy and power coursed through her as she moved her way around trees, under and over benches. Moments to moments, Marmalade lost her footing for a second and dropped to the ground, feeling something push against her, a tumble of fur and legs one moment, then Marm jolted to her feet and kept pumping for speed, tongue lolling and legs fumbling to not only keep footage but to stay ahead.
