TUCKER ! SIMULTANEOUS RELEASE CALIFORNIA, SHOW YOUR TEETH
"YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!" The rebellious cry of a soaring corgi rang out as muffled barks behind a full mouth, with each bound of his funny run he seemed to fly across the earth only to catch the ground and take off again. All ears and tail as the air rushed through his fur. Brilliant blue optics darted around the scene in front of him, a corn dog caught in his maw. Behind him, a man ran as fast as he could trying to catch up, shouting and waving his arms wildly after the little dog.
Tucker wheeled around the corner of a shop, darting into the shadows as the man slowed, losing sight and huffing angrily. Moments passed, our Tuck watched from the shadows before the man gave up and headed back to his stand. The tiny dog lowered his head, his sides heaving for air, his maw parting slightly to release the corn dog, setting it before him. He laid down beside it, catching his breath before he could enjoy his prize, pride filling his chest and causing a sloppy grin to fall on his face.
After a moment, he brought himself to his feet, licking his muzzle and then taking the corn dog in his mouth, munching half of it thoughtfully before setting the rest down and looking out at the people that passed by his little alley. For our Tucker, it didn't take much to fill his stomach, and he had eaten previously. Mainly, he had stolen the corn dog for the chase, enjoying the thrills.

click for profile The lights were clearly visible from a distance, and Katniss not being at a distance was blinded momentarily by the electricity. The whole thing was exhilarating though, the lights, the sounds and the smells. Oh the scents that wofted past Katniss right now were heavenly, meaty scents, sweet scents, spicy and sour. Everything was right here, and it was so easy to get in.
Katniss slipped in easily with a big crowd of noisy teenagers. So many new smells entered Katniss' delicate nose, but the strongest were: sweet, like sugar a scent the suggested pink; the sizzling of meat, meat and fat dripping onto a hot grill; and people, so many people. Some were wearing different scents and some were drinking a strong-smelling sour liquid. Beer. Katniss eyed everything, and put it all to memory. The spinning lights, all the farm animals, and all the food just laying on the ground.
She quickly ate her fill, ends of hot dogs, chips, spilled peanuts, and warm cakes. Once she was full, she wandered around the park. Taking in the sights and sounds, loving the summer air around her. As she walked she caught the scent of another dog, aching for some good after dinner conversation she found the dog laying on the ground, hidden from the veiw of the crowds by some empty boxes.
"Hello, I'm Katniss. What's your name? I like it here alot, what's this place called?" Katniss settled down next to this new dog, he was small. But so was she, and she wasn't about to pass up a chance to meet someone new.

TUCKER ! SIMULTANEOUS RELEASE CALIFORNIA, SHOW YOUR TEETH
In Tucker's world, 'little' isn't a physical disposition but a state of mind, and Tucker was far from being little. Maybe only to himself, he was big and mighty, unafraid of a challenge and open to anything.
Even the unexpected.
Past the half eaten corn dog's smell and the fried goods of the carnival world surrounding him, a hint of female crossed his nose, a smell sweet like honey, growing ever larger in his mind until she made an appearance before him, entering the shadows of his hiding place. For a moment, he stared, then a sloppy grin slapped on his face as he took in the newcomer.
In a stray's world, outgoing isn't good. But for Tucker, he was as outgoing as a butterfly. He thrived on communication, and suddenly it just flopped down at his doorstep.
He moved to sit up, smiling and wagging his tail before looking at her. "Hello Katniss, I'm Tucker." That tail wagged more, before he stood completely. "And you are treading the boardwalk of Little Pier." He loved her immediately. She was small, she was friendly, and very blunt. This Katniss didn't waste time with silly introductions, but instead skipped right ahead to the main conversation with him.

click for profile Katniss glanced around her, the lights were still kind of dizzying. She looked back down at her paws, and then at the small dog as he spoke. "Hello Katniss, I'm Tucker. And you are treading the boardwalk of Little Pier." He wagged his tail, and Katniss felt a warm tingley feeling run up and don her spine. His eyes were fixed on her, and she felt like she had to look somewhere else but she kind of just wanted to stare at Tucker some more. She scuffed the dirt with her small paw and watched as a drop fell from the sky onto the fresh ground. Another followed then another, Katniss felt one on her back.
The rain was falling slowly, but thickly. "Do you know of a better place to stay dry?" Katniss asked Tucker, shaking the stray drops off of her head. They fell to the ground noislesly. Katniss cast a weary look up at the sky, searching for any sign of how long this rain would last. Clouds were moving quickly, rolling across the dark sky blotting out the stars. The air had that before a storm scent, and Katniss could feel the energy from the storm making her want to run. Do something crazy, daring.
The crowds were slowly trickling out of the multiple exits, a distant rumble of thunder was left in their midsts. A thin finger of lightning branched down from the sky and hit something off in the distance. I love storms, Katniss thought watching the clouds move across the awesomely colored sky. "Have you ever watched a storm?" She asked turning back to Tucker.

TUCKER ! SIMULTANEOUS RELEASE CALIFORNIA, SHOW YOUR TEETH
A blue gaze lifted from the fae and onto the darkening skies above, crown tilting ever so slightly before turning back to the female, a genuine smile smothering his features. "Course, love. I have just the place." He stood, stretching his whole height before picking up the corn dog by it's stick and trotting out to the empty boardwalk. He glanced towards the exit, where a crowd of people hustled out. The drops of rain continued to fall, pulling his fur down over his lean body. His tail wagged again, this time continuously.
He looked back at the fae, waiting a moment for her to follow before continuing at an easy trot. He continued until he came to a large tent. Tucker slipped under the fallen curtain, shaking the rain from his coat briefly before looking up at the ride. There was a large circle, and on the edge of the circle was a never ending ring of cars, all connected to each other. On the side of the cars facing inwards, large colorful sheets came out and stretching up to the center.
Our Tucker walked up to the stairs, stepping up and to one of the cars, a bright pink one. He leaped up into the seat, sitting foreword and looking at her, smiling still. "I love this place." When she asked if he liked to watch storms, he turned his face up to the ceiling, revealing the tent's see-through top. The rain pounded against it, sliding down the angled sides.
