name. Kimmi
pronounciation. Kim - ee
alias. Kim
age. 4 years
gender. female
breed. cairn terrier
appearance.build.
Although small, this little dog does not lack strength, agility and stamina. She is a very strong dog, her jaws, especially, able to pull very hard and grip tightly. Her hind legs are powerful and propel her forward at a very fast speed, although her legs are short, it does not stop her from being speedy. If you called her skinny, you'd be lying. She is very filled and strong.
coat.
Her colors are of brown and dark gray. Her whole body, including her tail, has a dark gray undercoat. It is soft, there, but on top is a dark tan to light brown color. This layer is very coarse and keeps her warm. Her face is nearly black, other than for her ears and top muzzle. These areas are a rusty brown color.
eyes.
The darkest thing on her body. Her eyes. Deep black, you cannot see the pupils.
personality.confident.
Kimmi is one who thinks she can do nearly anything. She doesn't doubt herself in the slightest. She does know that she is not perfect, but she isn't afraid of trying to be. She likes to be the best and likes to show off and loves to prove that she's excellent at nearly everything. Sometimes she tries so hard to be perfect that she frustrates herself and gets very upset. She gets ignorant and doesn't like being in contact with anybody.
insistent.
Kimmi is very insistent about everything. If she has a fellow dog or an pup who isn't trying their hardest, she gets upset and likes to make sure that they're always doing their best. Also, she always is insistent about knowing all of the new drama. Sometimes she gets up into other dog's business too much. But a positive to her insistence is that she is very sympathetic to others and likes to help them get over things and move on.
tough.
Kimmi is a dog who very rarely lets down her guard. She doesn't really want anyone to get to her and does very well being friendly to others, but keeping well to herself. She does very well understanding others, but rarely shares any information about herself with them. She likes to make sure that others know little as they can about her so that they cannot do anything to hurt or betray her. She wants to trust others, but she finds it very difficult to do, especially when she never can tell whether one is lying or not.
understanding.
Though when you glimpse at Kimmi she looks cold hearted and cruel, she is very understanding and loving. She loves to just listen to other dogs and be there for them. She doesn't always have any way to help them at all, but she does know that just having someone to sit and listen to you is the most therapeutic. Her face, though, always has the same look portrayed, her eyes always looking bored, her mouth never curled in a smile. This sometimes scares others away from her, which leads to her loneliness.
wise.
Kimmi could be considered wise. She has had a lot of experience with living on her own or with just one companion. This changes you. She isn't one to answer questions, though she knows answers. She tends to make you look in yourself for answers, which can be very frustrating. She acts - almost - like an old canine at times, though she has many years to be that old. She tries to act mysterious, but oftentimes fails due to her somewhat humorous nature.
expectant.
Even though Kimmi is calm, she expects you to be your best. She also expects you to do what she asks. She doesn't like to be mean, but if she doesn't get what she wants, she'll find a way to. She can have an attitude, especially with people who just mess around as if there is nothing to live for. She doesn't understand, sometimes, that young ones are young ones and cannot do everything.
history.Kimmi's pup-hood was just as normal as any other's pup-hood. She was born out behind the barn from her mother, Berry and her father, Reed. She was their first and only pup of the group. She was very close to her father and play fighted with him, since she had no siblings to play with. Her father always went easy on her as her mother sat by and watched them with love in her eyes. Reed was Kimmi's best friend. She loved to spend time from him and learned so much from him. She always wished that she would be just like her dad. As she grew up, she remained close to her parents. She learned from her father how to feed and defend herself. It took a lot of practice, especially when she was battling against her father, but she eventually got a hang of it. Every so often she'd go out on her own for a while to get used to the loner life, but always she would return to her parents. She loved being with them and loved to be around them, surrounded by their love. She did know, though, that there would be a day that she would have to fend for herself, and she knew that that day was coming nearer. Kimmi and her family met a few lone dogs who were just traveling through the area, some were cold, some very nice. There was one time when a family, a mother and her three pups traveled through and spent a few days with them so the puppies could rest. Kimmi had fun playing with them, gently. They were quite adorable. It was then when she realized that she wanted to have a mate and pups. She wanted to be like her mother and father, just maybe with more pups than one. It was then when she decided she had to leave and find someone. Days passed and Kimmi spent more and more time on her own. She came to visit her parents still, but the intervals when she was away became longer and longer. Throughout her life, she has met other lone dogs, helped them and then pretty much they went off, ready to view the world. Kimmi did not know what to do. She was all alone most of the time and she could not just leave her parents all alone, she felt obligated to be with them. She knew that someday she wanted to get away from his lonely life, but she didn't know how to escape it and didn't know where to go to change it. She desperately wants to have children like the mother who visited and spent time with them did, but there was no one who he could get along with nicely. She wanted to be able to find someone for the longest of time, but still, she was all alone.
