The Rules [modified last: april 29, 2010]

If there is a rule not listed below that is common on a lot of sites, high chance it is an implied rule. Do NOT attempt something that is normally not allowed on any other average role play site.

- Broken is a PG.13 feral dog role play set in a fictional city. There is no plot and no packs, currently. However, if you would like to suggest something, please feel free to contact any staff member or post it in the Suggestions Board.

- Four letter words can make people uncomfortable in the chat box and in any out of character posts. Please try to LIMIT it as much as possible (things like 'damn' are OK, as long as they are used moderately).

- Broken is a realistic stray dog role play. No wolves, wolf hybrids, colors, powers, or anything of that sort unless you have earned it in a contest.

- Currently, there can be no more then ten characters per account, and only one account per email in order to keep our member count as real as possible. (If you prefer multiple accounts for characters, tell an admin before someone gets excited about five new members.)

- WORD MINIMUM: 100
We understand if some posts are just a few steps short, but no body should be posting two or three line replies.

- Spelling and grammar are a necessity to every site we have met. Firefox comes with an automatic spell check, and so does Proboards. It takes a minute, if that, to click it and go through the errors.

- Absolutely NO power-playing or Godmoding, unless you have consent from said member who controls the character you want to eat. AFTER YOU HAVE SAID PERMISSION, that person who controls that character you want to eat, must then PM either Zephyr or Embers telling them you are allowed to eat their character.

- PG THIRTEEN. Keep it clean, keep it fun. Graphic dog mating is what we could consider bestiality and that is just plain wrong.

- Dog fights, on the other hand, may be graphic as long as the person you are role playing with doesn't mind. Understand NO MEANS NO.

- No force-breeding without said permission, same as Power-playing or Godmoding.

- All characters under a year old are not allowed unless they are born on the site from an existing character. (Random exceptions may be made!!)

- Pregnancies last a whole site season change. We know its a bit long, but its to discourage maximum mating, and so many litters it's obscene.

- Mutts are allowed, as long as its not really weird.

- Litter stats will be determined by an admin. Litter numbers will be maximum of five per litter.

- IMAGES
to keep from stretching, please make sure all images are at most 500 pixels wide, by 600 pixels tall (500x600). We'd appreciate for larger images to have an image hyperlink or simple text link.
